Cuban Croquetas Ingredients
- 500 gr Wheat flour
- 150 gr Butter
- 400 gr Onion
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Can of ham La Fe
- 3 gr of oregano
- 2 Eggs
- 250 gr Bread crumbs
- 2 gr of salt
How to Make Cuban Croquetas - Step by Step

Heat the pan and add the butter.

Next, add the onions and cook until it has a transparent color.

In the pan with onions add oregano and the can of ham La Fe in small pieces and mix. When all this is mixed add the wheat flour and milk until you get a paste-like constancy.

Get three small bowls and in each one of them add the flour, eggs and bread crumbs.

With the ham paste create small cylinders. Pass them through the flour, later egg and then the bread crumbs. When this is ready add them to the hot pot with oil to fried. Then the cuban croquets are ready to enjoy!
