- 6 gr Baking Powder
- 4 Eggs
- 10 gr Orange essence
- 200 gr Carrot
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 ml cream
- 300 gr Cream Cheese
- 100 gr Powder Sugar
- 3 units Lemon
- 100 gr Chocolate
How to Make Carrot Cake - Step by Step

Preheat your oven to 320°F. Grease the cake pans with cooking spray and flour.

In a large bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until combined. Add the oil and orange essence until everything is combined.

Add flour to the same bowl and beat until well combined. Later add the milk and cream and mix. Last get your grated carrots and mix.
