- Yuca (La Fe)
- 1 oz Vinegar (La Fe)
- 3 units Cabrito
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Onions
- 3 units Yellow Aji
- 1 oz Cilantro
- 1 unit Butternut Squash
- 500 ml Oil
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Ground Achote
- Rice
How to Make Seco de Cabrito - Step by Step

In a mixing bowl add the pieces of goat and add salt, pepper, white wine, vinegar, and garlic. Put it on a side an let it marinate.

Place oil in a pot adding onion, garlic, yellow aji, achote, cumin, and cook for about five minutes.

Then add the marinated goat to the pot mix it all and let cook for a couple of minutes.

Then add cilantro mixed with water to the pot mix it all together and let it cook for 40 minutes.

Scratch the butternut squash to the goat and mix when it has been cooking for 20 minutes in medium heat.
