  • 1 cup White Rice
  • 120 gr Beef Tenderloin
  • 2 Branches Green Onion
  • 20 ml Sesame Oil
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 50 ml Soy Sauce
  • 20 ml Oyster Sauce
  • 20 gr Salt
  • 20 gr Pepper
  • 20 gr Sugar
  • 2 units Yellow Chili
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • Thin Onion Leaf
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds

How to Make Arroz Chaufa - Step by Step

  1. Start by cutting the beff in small cabes and add it to a bowl. Then, add the garlic cloves, sesame oil, soy sauce and let it marinate for an hour.

  2. Cut the yellow chilli in small cubes.

  3. In a wok add the beef and cook for five minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside

  4. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the yellow chili and onions until they are cooked through.

  5. Then, add the rice to the pan and mix with the veggies. Add olive oil and sesame oil and mix. Then add soy sauce, sugar and pepper.

  6. When Your rice is done add the beef, mix with the rice and cook for a couple of minutes and it's ready to be served.

  7. Top it with sesame seeds, sesame oil, green leafs and Enjoy!
