- 2 egg
- 3 Tomatoes

- 15 gr Cinnamon powder

How to Make Cheese sticks - Step by Step

Cut the mozzarella cheese creating smaller sticks. Set them aside.

In a shallow bowl add the flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Take each cheese stick and coat it in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Dip the coated cheese stick into the beaten eggs, making sure it is fully coated. Then roll it in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere the breadcrumbs to the cheese stick.
