- 2 quarts water, divided

- 1 cup Dried hibiscus flowers
- 1/2 Cinnamon stick
- A few slices ginger
- Lime juice
How to Make Hibiscus Iced Tea - Step by Step

Heat 4 cups of water and the sugar in a medium saucepan.

Add the cinnamon and ginger.

Heat until boiling and the sugar has dissolved.

Remove from heat.

Stir using a spatula.

Let sit and cover for 20 minutes.

Strain into a pitcher and discard the used flowers, ginger and cinnamon.
