- 250 g Fecula de Maiz
- 2 kg Water
- 3 Cinnamon Sticks
- 250 g Sugar

- 10 un Raisins
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- Clavos de olor

In a pot we put two liters of water, once it's boiling, add the purple corn, cinnamon sticks, clavos de olor and pineapple shell. We can also add some fruits, like apple for example.

Let's let it cook at a slow flame so that the water is colored purple for 30 minutes.

Then we add the sugar, lemon juice, and raisins. We let it boil all together for five minutes.

While the mix is boiling we dissolve the starch with water, once dissolved we add it to the pot slowly, while moving the mazamorra mix until it grabs its consistency.
