Crispy Trout Croquettes Ingredients

  • 200 gr Salmon fillete
  • 3 small potatoes
  • 50 gr butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 gr heavy cream
  • 50 gr fresh cheese (La Fe)
  • 50 gr of fresh cilantro
  • 500 ml olive oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 50 ml lime juice
  • 50 gr red onion
  • 1 cebollin
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 100 gr bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper

How to Make Crispy Trout Croquettes - Step by Step

  1. Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes in boiling water.

  2. In a food processor, add the salmon, heavy cream, melted butter, cilantro and red onions and chop.

  3. In a large mixing bowl add fish mix, potatoes, cheese, bread crumbs salt and pepper. Well mixed and add oil and start shaping them in small patties.

  4. Cook them in the air-fryer for 15 minutes.

  5. For the sauce cut cebollin, cilantro, tomato, chilli pepper, salt, lemon and mix.

  6. Remove the croquettes from the air fryer and serve the croquettes warm with your dipping sauce. Enjoy
